I bought a ring for my husband for a Christmas present and it is wonderful. I almost wish it was mine. It is very well crafted and beautiful. I also had trouble making my purchase, due to my technology I would find out, but customer service was super kind in trying to help me resolve my issue. They also always responded within a very reasonable timeframe.
Ben and the crew were very responsive and accommodating, crafting beautiful and personalized wedding bands with favosite that my fiancée and daughter collected from the shore of Lake MI - a permanent reminder of a sweet memory that all three of us will treasure. The inlay is exactly what we hoped for, and the tungsten bands are as durable as we need, yet still very comfortable and attractive. Excellent communication and craftsmanship at a reasonable price. It was a couple months before our wedding and we hadn't yet picked out rings, when I found Honest Hands. I am SO glad I did! I immediately thought of getting inlay rings done with rock from where we got engaged - our favorite rock climbing destination, and a place close to our hearts. Kacie was so helpful and responsive, and we were able to get our rings in time for our wedding date! Their ring sizers were very accurate for confirming our ring sizes, and they both fit perfectly. It was easy and quick to ship my material to them, and they confirmed receipt and updated me through the whole process which made me feel confident as the wedding was quickly approaching. I didn’t tell my fiancé what I was getting, either - he got to be surprised along with everyone else on our wedding day!
