I bought this ring to use to propose to my girlfriend. I spent countless hours online and on different sites to find a ring I thought she would love and I finally landed on the Yooperlite ring. It had everything I thought she would like (the black band, a gorgeous inset and the orange glow under UV light because orange is one of her favorite colors). I loved the fact that it is made with materials found in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I actually proposed with this ring in the Upper Peninsula! It was perfect and she absolutely loves this ring! They brought my idea not only to life but blew my expectations out of the water. We did a double inlay with deer antler shavings from my (now) husbands own deer he shot with his dad as a kid, as well as lace from my wedding dress, for a where you’ve come from where you are now feel. They also made these inlays spin so he has a fidget ring he now uses constantly. He is so proud of this ring and it brings me so much joy watching him show it off and the awe on everyone’s face st the true care and craftsmanship put into this piece of art.

I requested a custom engraving on the inside and they were so communicative and intentional about making sure it turned out exactly how I was envisioning; they kept me updated and even sent me the finished design before they started engraving so that I could approve it! Overall, the experience with Honest Hands was amazing. I had lots of questions and Kacia was so helpful and kind. The ring itself is beautiful and sentimental, my fiance is from Michigan and we met and live in Colorado so having a ring with stones from his home state made in mine has a very special significance to us. The petoskey stone can be difficult in small pieces but Honest Hands still kept the texture visible. Overall, I would recommend Honest Hands to anyone looking for a wedding ring and my fiance can’t wait to wear it!
